About Karen
Realtor Karen Gatta offers a unique set of services to her clients, not only because she is a licensed real estate broker and former managing broker, but Karen is also a real estate attorney, having earned her law degree from DePaul University before working as corporate general counsel and litigation lawyer.
Now a full-time REALTOR serving Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Mt. Prospect, and the Chicagoland area, Karen provides her clients with the highest level of representation and service, utilizing her:

Karen grew up in Mount Prospect, attended high school in Wheeling, completed her law degree in Chicago, and has lived in Prospect Heights with her husband for over 15 years. They have three children.
Karen is very involved in the community, from coaching her children’s teams to volunteering for the school district. Karen’s outgoing and warm personality conceals her strong negotiating skills, her consistent quickness in responding to her clients, and her intense focus on getting the optimal result for each of her clients.
Among her awards and designations, Karen has achieved Top Producer, Founder’s Club, Chairma's Club and President’s Club. Karen is an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS and has earned her Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) designation, which allows her to prepare each client’s home for sale to gain maximum buyer interest.
